Despite becoming a BODYJAM instructor, I haven’t forgotten about my first program, BODYBALANCE. It’s celebrating its 10th anniversary with release #40 (do the math: 4 releases a year for 10 years!). We Balance instructors have some special surprises up our sleeves as we launch the new release. It’s gonna be a big one!

- Eastwood: Monday, April 21, 6pm
- Ortigas: Tuesday, April 22, 5:30pm
- Metro East: Saturday, April 26, 3pm
- North EDSA: Saturday, May 3, 2pm

Hey! (next time leave me your name :D) Flexibility comes with time and patience; you can’t hurry it. But with regular practice (at least 3 times a week), flexibility will improve. 🙂 One important thing to remember is that you always need to stretch out after any workout (cardio or weights) to prevent stiffness and injury.Hope to see you in class!
