BODYBALANCE: 10 Years

Despite becoming a BODYJAM instructor, I haven’t forgotten about my first program, BODYBALANCE. It’s celebrating its 10th anniversary with release #40 (do the math: 4 releases a year for 10 years!). We Balance instructors have some special surprises up our sleeves as we launch the new release. It’s gonna be a big one!

I’m launching at the following clubs and times:

  • ABS-CBN: Thursday, April 17, 8:35pm
  • Eastwood: Monday, April 21, 6pm
  • Ortigas: Tuesday, April 22, 5:30pm
  • Metro East: Saturday, April 26, 3pm
  • North EDSA: Saturday, May 3, 2pm

    Hi Ms. Noelle,It was my first time to join Body Balance today April 16, and you’re a great instructor. I was surfing the web to see more info about the class and also to improve flexibility. Then I saw your blogs and website. Can you give me any tips to help me achieve results faster?The newbie guy in blue at the corner

    Hey! (next time leave me your name :D) Flexibility comes with time and patience; you can’t hurry it. But with regular practice (at least 3 times a week), flexibility will improve. 🙂 One important thing to remember is that you always need to stretch out after any workout (cardio or weights) to prevent stiffness and injury.Hope to see you in class!
